How do I get started with a project?
Reach out through our contact page and we will arrange a short introductory call. There is no obligation — we simply want to understand your project and make sure we are the right fit before anything is formalised.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scope. An interior project typically takes six to twelve months. A full architectural commission, from concept to construction completion, usually takes between two and four years.
How are your fees structured?
We charge a percentage of the construction cost for full architectural commissions, or a fixed fee for clearly scoped projects. Fees are discussed openly from the first conversation and we do not charge for the initial consultation.
Do you take on projects outside your home city?
Yes. We have completed projects across twelve countries and are comfortable working with remote sites and international clients. Travel costs are factored into the project fee where relevant.
Can you work within a fixed budget?
Budget is part of the brief, not a limitation. We design within the resources available and will tell you honestly if a brief and budget are not compatible before any work begins.
